BriAnn Joyner is an army brat with roots in Dothan, Alabama. She moved over ten times before graduating high school. BriAnn graduated high school from Heidelberg American High School in Heidelberg, Germany. After graduating, she returned to Alabama and attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Computer Science. BriAnn was on the Dean’s list every semester, received the Walter H. Bennett Scholarship and graduated Cum Laude.
After graduating from the University of Alabama, BriAnn moved to Birmingham to attend Cumberland School of Law with a partial scholarship. While obtaining her Juris Doctorate, BriAnn enrolled in the Dual Degree Program to obtain her Masters of Business Administration. BriAnn was awarded the Scholar of Merit in Negotiations. During her time at Cumberland, BriAnn clerked for Shelby Roden, LLC and helped process over $200 million in BP Oil Spill Settlement Claims.
BriAnn earned both her Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration in the spring of 2017. BriAnn started practicing at Nolan Elder Law and Estate Planning shortly after, learning the process of probating estates, drafting wills and trusts, and representing clients with conservatorships and guardianships. After a year of practicing, BriAnn began her career in Real Estate, she has helped process and close hundreds of loans in both Birmingham and Dothan.
